Terms of Use

Who we are and what these terms cover

This website is provided by glitzfynu, 418 South Boulder Avenue, Tulsa 74103, United States. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@glitzfynu.com or asked by telephone on (918) 237-3940; it helps if you name the page your question concerns.

The conditions on this page apply to the whole website, including its subpages and the contact form, in the version published at the time of your visit. Where you have concluded a separate written agreement with glitzfynu, that agreement prevails over these terms.

Use of the website

The website may be used to find out about our work and to contact us. Any use that damages the site, other visitors or third parties is prohibited, including attempts to bypass security measures, the automated collection of published data and unsolicited advertising sent through the form. Access may be blocked after misuse.

Content and intellectual property

The content of this site is protected by copyright. Copying, publishing or using texts and images beyond what the law allows requires our written consent. You may keep a single copy for your own reference, provided that notices of authorship remain intact. Nothing here grants a licence to use our name or logo.

Enquiries through the site

You are responsible for what you send us through the form or by email, and you must be entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive information this way; call (918) 237-3940 if another channel is needed. We use your message only to answer it.

Nature of the published information

We take care to keep the information on this website correct, but we cannot promise that it is complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Descriptions of our services give a general picture and are not a binding offer; scope, price and timing are agreed for each case.

General descriptions cannot reflect anyone's particular circumstances and are therefore not professional advice. Before you act on something you have read here, please speak to us or to another qualified adviser about your case; reading these pages creates no advisory relationship.

Availability of the website

We try to keep the website online, but we cannot promise that it will always be reachable. Maintenance, technical faults or problems at our hosting provider can interrupt access, and we may change, limit or remove parts of the site at any time without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, glitzfynu is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from its being unavailable, including indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

If you have a complaint

If you are not satisfied with our work or with something published on this website, please write to hello@glitzfynu.com and describe the matter, the page concerned and the outcome you want. We confirm receipt and answer as soon as we can. Both parties will first try to settle a disagreement directly.

Final provisions

The law of the country stated in our address above applies to these terms and to the use of glitzfynu.com. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules in force where you live, and a dispute may be brought before the courts that are competent for you.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may amend the terms when the website, our services or the legal requirements change; the version published here applies from the date shown above, and further use of the site counts as acceptance.
